Any business, nonprofit, school, or organization based in Central Florida that shares the values of The Pledge. Whether you’re a restaurant, a church, a tech startup, or a family-owned store—if you care about people, you qualify.

Yes. There is a membership fee based on the size of your organization which ranges from of $500 to $5,000, which helps support the development of The Pledge Network, resources, ongoing engagement, and visibility for your business as a trusted Pledge Community Seal partner.

To get started, you’ll submit a brief application outlining your commitment to the Pledge values. Every application is thoughtfully reviewed by the Pledge Leadership Council—a diverse group of community leaders who help guide the integrity and spirit of the movement.

If your values align, you’ll be invited to formally join, receive the Seal, and begin sharing your commitment with your team and community.

We provide a Team Launch Guide with simple, ready-to-use language you can share in a staff meeting, email, or employee bulletin. It helps your people understand what the Seal means and how to carry it forward together.

The Seal is built on trust. We ask participating businesses to live out The Pledge values sincerely. If an issue arises, we believe in conversation first—not cancellation. The goal is growth, not perfection.
